“Mom, he gave me a hoot, take me to the doctor.” That was the last thing Cristina heard from her son Alan Osvaldo Lipovsky (33). Then, he got into the car he used to work as a remisero and vanished on his mother. The woman, as she could, drove to the Fiorito hospital but they couldn’t save him.
Just a few minutes earlier, the victim had arrived at his home in Gerli and had twisted into a fight with a motorcyclist who followed him and recriminated him for a traffic incident. Alan’s aunt witnessed the events and interceded. When the aggressor left, he heard from his own nephew what had happened . But, a few minutes later, she was the target of the attack and her nephew came out to defend her. That’s when he was stabbed.
“My one-eyed sister doesn’t see and thought it was an iron, and she puts her hand and stops the blows. When my son sees that, he pounces on the man, I don’t know if he saw the dagger or wanted to defend his aunt. He said, ‘Leave my aunt, don’t touch her. ‘ And he kicked him, and there they stab him and the man runs away”, said Cristina, in dialogue with C5N, as she could this Monday, broken by crying. “Her life is gone and I was alone forever, I don’t have anyone else in my life,” she lamented.
The crime occurred last Saturday at 18.30 in General Paz 1686, in the southern area of the Buenos Aires Conurbano, and for the crime there were no detainees this Monday. There are two suspects wanted by the Justice for the crime of “homicide”: on the one hand, the motorcyclist with whom the victim had his first altercation, and on the other, a man who would be the father of the first and alleged perpetrator of the crime.
On March 19, Maria saw her nephew Alan arrive aboard her Chevrolet Corsa. He also observed how behind it parked a motorcycle, from which a young man wearing shorts and a Rosario Central t-shirt descended, according to sources in the case. The aggressor, with a robust physical structure, without words struck the lamisero and left.
Cristina reported that her son worked in a farm located very close by and, for that reason, she had decided to go to the bathroom of her house. That’s when he had the traffic incident. He knows this because Alan told him about it after the altercation as soon as he parked. According to the woman, her son was driving by Chrysologo Larralde and when he turned in Florencio Varela he found a motorcycle that “had been doing pirouettes or driving weird”. When his son passed by, the motorcyclist “makes him like signs or winks”, but he “didn’t give it any importance and continued”.
Therefore, when Alan parked at the door of his house, he realized that the motorcyclist had followed him. “At one point, he threatens as if he is going to draw a gun and my sister, who was on the street at the time, pounces on him and starts beating him. The guy on the motorcycle is leaving and I thought it was all over there,” said Cristina.
Ten minutes later, a man with a “shiny iron-type” element – according to the sources – attacked Alan’s aunt on the head and the parisero interceded: he was stabbed in the left chest area. The murderer fled and is intensively wanted in the case being investigated by UFI No. 1 of Avellaneda, led by prosecutor María Olmos Coronel.
The mother of the remisero said that she ran after the attacker, and saw that he got “into a Trafic type van”, but then she heard her son shouting at her: “Mom, he gave me a hoot, take me to the doctor.” Cristina transferred her son to the Fiorito de Avellaneda Hospital, but Alan did not survive.
The prosecutor has already ordered a survey of security cameras that have captured the moments before and after the crime, and other investigative tasks to find the perpetrators.
