A plane crashes in China with 133 people on board

BEIJING (AP) — A Chinese passenger plane crashed Monday in the southern province of Guangxi with 133 people on board and started a fire on a mountainside, according to state media.

The accident of China Eastern 737 occurred near the city of Wuzhou, in Teng County, according to CCTV.

Rescuers were sent to the scene, said the television station, which did not give initial numbers of deaths or injuries.
